These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Arah Marketing ("the Service"), operated by Arah Network ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Arah Marketing lets workspace members connect their own social media accounts (including Google and YouTube, Meta, and TikTok) to post content, moderate comments, and view analytics from a single dashboard. Each connection is authorized individually by the user via the platform's own OAuth login flow.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs through connections you authorize. You must have the right to connect any social media account you link to the Service.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any third-party platform's terms of service (including Google/YouTube, TikTok's, and Meta's developer policies), post unlawful content, or attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access. If you connect WhatsApp, you must follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy: message only people who opted in, honor opt-out requests, and do not offer products or services Meta prohibits. AI replies and broadcasts are sent on your behalf and under your responsibility.
4. Third-Party Platforms
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google and YouTube, TikTok, Meta/Facebook/Instagram). Your use of those platforms through the Service is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy enforcement by those third parties.
5. Termination
You may disconnect any linked account or stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arah Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
